Caregiving Services

The best thing about getting care at home is that our clients can have it their way. We place a high value on what our clients' most important wishes are. We believe that everyone knows what they most want; how they want their meals served, how they want their laundry done, or what TV shows they want to watch. AS PROOF, OUR MOST RECENT CLIENT SATISFACTION RATING FROM OUR HOME CARE PULSE AWARD FOR PROVIDER OF CHOICE WAS 96%!
Our services include:
  • Personal Care: help with bathing, dressing and toileting; medication reminders, grooming
  • Housekeeping: light cleaning throughout the home, laundry, vacuuming, dusting
  • Meals: planning, preparation, clean up, shopping
  • Transportation: assistance on errands, to appointments, shopping
  • Companionship
As a licensed Home Services Agency by the Illinois Department of Public Health, we conduct fingerprint checks, drug screens, reference verifications, driving record verifications and require annual training on all of our staff to insure we have a competent and effective workforce. But we do not stop here; we go above and beyond the general criteria and hire only about 2% of the individuals that apply. We only hire and staff individuals whom we would feel comfortable with providing care for our own family members. They must be reliable, honest, capable and dedicated to the field of helping others.
Our schedules are flexible; we cater to create a schedule to work for you and your needs. We can provide service from 4 hours a week to 24 hours a day. Communication and contact are maintained frequently with clients and their family, particularly when there is a change in condition. Companion services can be provided in the home or in facilities. Our staff is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Contact us today to get learn more or get started!

Learn about our Key Lockboxes for Emergency Responders

Clients may need urgent aid from a responder or emergency medical services, making immediate access to their homes crucial.
A client may not have hidden a key location on file, or may change the location from the one we have on file. In such cases, forcible entry is the only choice when the client needs help fast.
A key lockbox is a secure alternative to hiding a key, and helps ensure easy access to a client's home in the event of an emergency.
The lockbox is ideal for clients who are:
  • Likely to need frequent medical attention from emergency services
  • Without a reliable or suppotive group of responders
  • Anxious about the prospect of having their doors broken
  • Concerned about hiding a key or likely to change hidden key locations oftens
  • Reassured by the security and peace of mind that a lockbox offers
Our lockboxes are available to any client and can be purchased for a low, one-time fee ($30).
